Mortos

This poor creature grew up near toxic waste spills and Mainport Nuclear power station. Its sanity has clearly eroded and now, as a freak, it prowls around the city, killing and consuming its catches for its twisted amusement. Has not got the intelligence for much more than this. Its suit however shows that someone has had a part in its past that has yet to be disclosed.

Powers: Extreme speed and dexterity, can faze through most walls (bar lead or really thick concrete). Can walk on any surface perfectly and leap great distances.

Kind of like: Venom+Doc Ock but really fast I guess.
